35 Years of Glavas Inn: A Legacy of Passion and Vision
From our father Dimitris’—known to many as Mitsos—dream of creating a small resort in 1988 to the grand opening in 1990, Glavas Inn has grown beyond what he first envisioned. Starting with just 30 guest rooms and 6 employees, the journey has been one of passion, dedication, and a commitment to bringing his vision to life. Over the years, the resort expanded with additional buildings, rooms, and green spaces, transforming into the beloved destination it is today.
Glavas Inn wasn’t always an all-inclusive resort. However, in 2002, it became the first small all-inclusive family run resort in Halkidiki, and the core concept has remained unchanged since then—homemade Greek food served for lunch and dinner, paired with Ouzo or wine. Our deep love for hospitality is what brings us together as a family, and through our travels around the world, we continue to introduce fresh and exciting ideas each year.
As we celebrate 35 years of Glavas Inn, we carry forward the same enthusiasm and dedication that our father, Dimitris, had. Though we miss him dearly, we continue to work passionately to maintain the place he truly loved and envisioned for us all.
